• produce and gift up to nine (9) embroidered items per embroidery file

The commercial license:

• costs EUR 100
• is valid for up to 5,000 embroidered items
• applies regardless of which embroidery files are used
• is granted to one individual or legal entity

The commercial license does not permit:

• reselling or redistributing embroidery files
• sublicensing or transferring the license to third parties
• claiming authorship of the embroidery files

By voluntarily submitting images or other content to us, you grant ChezNU.TV a non-exclusive, revocable, and royalty-free right to use this content for presentation and promotional purposes.

This includes use on our website, online shop, social media channels, and newsletters.
You may revoke this permission at any time by contacting us.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the submitted content and that no third-party rights are infringed.

The operator reserves the right to modify, replace, or remove embroidery files at any time.

There is no entitlement to permanent availability of any file.
