Why can I add only three files per order?
To keep checkout and download delivery reliable, each order is limited to a maximum of three embroidery files.
Can I order more than three files?
Yes. Complete your current order first, then start another order. You may place as many additional orders as you like, including multiple orders on the same day.
Is there a daily order limit?
No. There is no daily order limit. The three-file limit applies only to each individual order.
What happens when I try to add a fourth file?
The fourth file will not be added to your cart. You will see a message asking you to complete the current order before placing another one.
How do I receive my embroidery files?
After checkout, the files are available through the download links on the order confirmation page and in the order email. Please also save downloaded files locally.
Are the embroidery files really free?
Yes. All embroidery files listed as free can be ordered and downloaded free of charge. You still complete the checkout process so the download can be assigned and delivered correctly.
