About this ITH croissant design
This ITH croissant embroidery design is stitched fully in the hoop and turns into a soft plush with dangling legs. It is perfect as a keychain, bag charm, or small handmade gift.
Two files with a clear stitching order
The design consists of two separate embroidery files. First, you stitch the legs. Then, you create the croissant body. This clear order makes the process easy to follow.
Part 1 – Stitching the legs
Start with FEF-10000022_ITH_Croissant_Part_1_Legs. The machine stitches a placement line on the fabric. Next, place a second fabric layer on top. The machine then stitches the legs together. After that, cut them out and turn them right side out.
Part 2 – Stitching the croissant body
Now hoop the terry fabric for FEF-10000022_ITH_Croissant_Part_2_Body. This file stitches the face and the curved croissant lines first. After that, a placement line runs around the shape. Place the back fabric on top and insert the hanging loop and the legs at the same time.
The machine stitches another round to join both fabric layers. It leaves a small turning opening open. Remove the piece from the hoop, cut it out, and turn it right side out. Next, fill the croissant with a small amount of stuffing.
Finishing the croissant
Finally, close the opening by hand. I recommend using a ladder stitch for a neat and invisible finish. As a result, you get a soft ITH croissant with attached legs and a clean finish. The finished croissant measures about 145 × 90 mm.
